OurWatch just launched their new Workplace Equality and Respect Model, which has toolkits and other resources for employers to address gender equality and prevent violence against women.
There are toolkits for:
• Sole traders, micro-business owners or people in charge of a workplace with fewer than 20 people;
• Small organisations with 21-99 employees; and
• Medium to large businesses with 100 or more employees.
Thank you to the OurWatch team for their work in designing these practical tools and guidance to support workplaces in embedding gender equality, safety and respect at every level, and create safer conditions that help prevent gender-based violence, including sexual harassment.
