Working Women’s Centre Australia is seeking an Advocacy and Policy Officer to join our national team.

This is an opportunity to contribute to national advocacy, policy development and law reform aimed at creating a fairer, safer and more equal working life for women. The role sits at the intersection of research, policy, campaigning and stakeholder engagement, helping drive systemic change on workplace issues affecting women across Australia.

A key focus of the position will be leading our Our Silence Is Not For Sale campaign to end the misuse of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in workplace sexual harassment and discrimination matters. The role will have particular responsibility for advancing the campaign’s legal profession reform agenda, while also contributing across WWCA’s broader advocacy and policy priorities.

The successful applicant will work closely with Working Women’s Centres nationally and engage with governments, unions, legal services, community organisations and other stakeholders to advance workplace rights, gender equality and safety at work.
