Workplace Sexual Harassment & NDAs: the case for law reform – webinar

Learn how Victoria's landmark new laws restricting the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in workplace sexual harassment matters are reshaping workplace protections. This webinar explores the case for law reform in South Australia, the impact of NDAs on victim-survivors, and what comes next in the movement for change.

From 1 July 2026, Victoria’s landmark new laws restricting the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in workplace sexual harassment matters are now in effect.

The Restricting Non-disclosure Agreement (Sexual Harassment at Work) Act 2025  limits the use of NDAs in workplace sexual harassment cases and marks a significant step forward in supporting victim-survivors and improving workplace accountability.

The South Australian Government has committed to legislate to regulate NDAs, taking into account these recent reforms in Victoria.

  • Explain how South Australia can build on the groundbreaking work in Victoria to restrict and regulate NDAs here.
