Industrial relations laws changed in July 2009 and again in January 2010. For information on how this affects you contact the Working Women's Centre in your state or territory. You can find out more about the Centres and what we do in 'about us' or go to our 'more help' page.

Working Women's Centres Suppport Sexual Harassment in Australia Study
A national project addressing workplace sexual harassment is being undertaken by Paula McDonald from the Queensland Unviersity of Technology and Sara Charlesworth from the University of South Australia. The researchers are interested in conducting confidential phone interviews with people who have experienced workplace sexual harassment. If you or someone you know has experienced sexual harassment and would be willing to talk about these issues, please visit the Sexual Harassment in Australia website.
